Terms and conditions. The submission of a booking request on the mmbbapartments website implies the customer’s express acceptance of each and all the general conditions, which are considered an integral part of the booking as completed by applicable legislation.
BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
At the time of booking you are requested to make a deposit by paypal or bank transfer, the amount of which is indicated on the corresponding payment confirmation page. The reservation is not considered final until the payment of the deposit. The payment of the balance must be made at the beginning of the provision of the service, otherwise the booking will be automatically canceled in accordance with the terms and conditions referred to in the “Cancellations” paragraph. The customer will receive the booking confirmation by e-mail, together with the identification code (locator) with all the booking data, the terms and conditions of contracting and the refund policy.
The transaction will be charged in EURO regardless of the customer’s country of origin or the selected establishment.
BOOKING INCLUDES:
The services specified as per the booking terms and conditions stipulated for each tourist establishment selected at the time of booking, including VAT.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
When making the reservation, the customer assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data shown. Therefore any inaccuracies could lead to the cancellation of the reservation. Once the booking request has been made, you will have 24 hours to pay the 30% amount, indicating the booking locator, the hotel, name and surname, date of arrival and send us the payment receipt by email to the address : info@mmbbapartments.com . Otherwise, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.
Booking with mmbbapartments is very easy
You can easily make your reservation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once the hotel has been selected and its availability checked, it will only have to follow 3 simple steps:
Step 1. Reservations and availability. Select the hotel, the arrival and departure dates and the number of people, specifying the number of people in the “adults” field. Children consider themselves adults unless they are infants sleeping in the double bed.
Step 2. Personal data for booking. Enter the data necessary to register as a user in the mmbbapartments booking system. Select one of the different forms of payment to confirm the booking: paypal or bank transfer.
Step 3. Confirmation of booking. A confirmation window will open with the “booking code” on your computer screen; at the same time you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your input tray. You can save and print the reservation data and the general conditions of the same.
When do I pay the balance of the reservation?
Upon arrival at the hotel or apartment.
On Internet the minimum deposit required is always equivalent to 30% of the total. Payment is made with all the security measures currently in existence via virtual TPV. The system will send you a voucher to your e-mail address indicating the booking details, the deposit made and the amount to be paid upon arrival.

What is our cancellation policy?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours considering them as possible errors and refunding the advance net of the 3% commissions withheld by paypal for the transaction.
Beyond 24 hours we do not issue any refund of the advance paid. The restrictive policy is due to the low availability of our accommodations.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MANDATORY RECEIVED BY EMAIL. In this case, please send an E-MAIL to info@mmbbapartments.com expressly mentioning the booking code specified in the confirmation email. The cancellation will only be valid upon receipt of our written confirmation by email.
